Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, first-shift classes at higher education institutions located in Tashkent city will begin at 08:00.
🔰This arrangement is aimed at the effective organization of traffic flows in the capital, reducing the load on the roads during morning and evening peak hours, and organizing the educational process more optimally.
➡️ In particular, the earlier start of classes will help students and faculty members commuting to higher education institutions to rationally plan their travel time, effectively organize the educational process throughout the day, and optimize vehicle traffic flows in the city.
⤵️This arrangement will also help students studying in full-time and evening forms of education to properly plan their study day and expand time opportunities for classes and other academic activities.
❇️In the process of preparing for the new academic year, the heads of higher education institutions in Tashkent city, faculty members, teachers, and students are asked to take this arrangement into account.
✅Relevant measures will be taken at educational institutions to start classes at the established time, properly organize the educational process, and ensure the necessary conditions for students.
☝️We remind you that this arrangement, starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, applies to first-shift classes at higher education institutions located in Tashkent city.
