A press event was held by the Tashkent City Administration of the State Cadastre Chamber on the topic of works carried out to implement Law No. 937.
🏛 Responsible officials provided information on the inventory process being conducted within the framework of the People’s Law and its results, as well as on the amendments introduced by Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ORQ–1153 dated June 15, 2026, to the Law “On the Recognition of Rights to Self-Seized Land Plots and to Buildings and Structures Built on Them”.
📝 The event was attended by deputies of the Tashkent City Council of People’s Deputies S. Saifnazarov, S. Said Gaziyeva, V. Alimova, as well as the Head of the Secretariat of the Tashkent City Council, deputy D. Ravshanbekov. In the first part of the event, heads of departments of the administration B. Abdumalikov and O. Anvarov spoke and provided information about the conveniences created for the population by this People’s Law, the results of the inventory, and the innovations in legislation. It was particularly noted that this system not only provides legal protection for real estate but also creates opportunities for our compatriots for stable living, entrepreneurship, and obtaining loans.
🔺 After that, a group of citizens whose rights were recognized within the framework of the Law was sincerely congratulated. In the second part of the event, media representatives studied the inventory process being carried out in Shaykhontohur District directly on site. During this process, close communication was also held with cadastre engineers, mahalla activists, and citizens.
